On January 1st 2023 the Rodríguez Lab opened!
Dr. Cristina Rodríguez, the Principal Investigator, is excited for the opening of her new lab in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yale.
The focus of our research is to develop and apply optical tools for imaging deep into biological tissues with high spatial resolution. To do this, we use a multidisciplinary approach involving physics, nonlinear optics, and microscopy development.
Using these novel imaging tools, the Rodríguez Lab seeks to advance our understanding of previously underexplored biology, while contributing to the education and training of the next generation of diverse scientists.
